The Heat Press can be used to transfer iron-on vinyl designs to fabric. These vinyl designs can be created using the Cricut Maker stations at our ORL Makerspaces locations.
The Heat Press can also be used for Sublimation printing. Your printed designs can be transferred to polyester fabric, coffee mugs, etc., using the Heat Press.
Available at Downtown Kelowna Library Branch.
The Heat Press is available for all ORL cardholders to use. To learn more about the T-Shirt Press, watch our video tutorial.
You must agree and adhere to ORL’s Makerspace Guidelines.
You need to provide your own materials (iron-on vinyl, T-shirt, etc.) when using this press.
The Heat Press does not require the use of a computer. However, if the Cricut station was used to create your design, the computer does not retain files and all items will be erased at the end of the day. Please save your work to your personal storage device or to your personal on-line storage.
