The ORL marmot is named Flippy LePage!

Congratulations to 15-year-old Jeremy Woo of Coldstream for suggesting the winning name of Flippy LePage! Almost 3,000 votes were cast on the Top 10 names in the ORL’s Name the Marmot contest, with 22% of the votes going to Jeremy’s suggestion. In recognition of his creativity, Jeremy will receive a prize pack customized by ORL librarians valued at $200.

Flippy LePage (nickname “Flippy”) loves the new name and looks forward to hanging out this summer with all the kids at the ORL’s Summer Reading Club.
