The Osoyoos Branch is located in the Sonora Community Centre, 8505 68th Ave. next to the Osoyoos Elementary School.
Book return slots are located at the front of the building at the top of the wheelchair ramp, and are always open except for Halloween night, and during our Easter and Christmas closures. Parking is available in front of Sonora Community Centre and also on the East side of the community centre accessible from 66th Ave.

The Osoyoos Library has a "Friends of the Library" group that meets about 6 times per year. This much appreciated volunteer group raises money through book sales to support the Osoyoos library in a variety of ways. For information on joining the Osoyoos "Friends of the Library" please call Linda at 250-498-1846. If you are interested in donating gently used books for the book sale please call the Library at 250-495-7637.

We would like to welcome all 3-5 yr. olds for our popular Storytime which is held for 12 weeks in the Spring and Fall. Our Spring session is finished for 2010, but watch for new dates in September. Storytime at the Osoyoos Library is held on Thursdays from 10:00 - 10:45am. Come and join us for fun with stories, songs, puppets, and more! Enjoy a discussion about rocks and fossils with Ken Murray, a retired local geologist. Ken will bring some interesting rocks and fossils for display.
Staff Sargent Kurt Lozinski will talk about all aspects of safety for people of all ages. He will be wearing his uniform!!
A fun-filled time, and surprises. Come and enjoy games, prizes, bookdraws, Name the Mascot winner and refreshments!
